Clariane launches a hybrid bond offering to refinance its ODIRNANE
Clariane has announced the launch of a €333 million offering of subordinated perpetual hybrid bonds. The aim is to refinance its convertible bonds, totaling €332.5 million. This transaction will depend on market conditions.
The bonds will be accounted for in equity in accordance with IFRS. Clariane plans to list them on the Euronext Dublin Official List. The offering is limited to non-US investors in accordance with Regulation S of the US Securities Act.
This initiative is part of Clariane's financial strategy to optimize its capital structure and strengthen its market position.
