Municipality Finance Issues GBP 50 Million Tap

On October 6, 2026, Municipality Finance Plc (MuniFin) is set to release a new GBP 50 million tranche under its Medium Term Note (MTN) program. This addition augments an existing benchmark, originally issued on January 15, 2026, raising the total nominal amount to GBP 500 million. The maturity date remains October 22, 2030, offering a fixed annual interest rate of 4.000%.

This issuance forms part of MuniFin's extensive EUR 55 billion debt instrument program. Trading of this new segment on the Helsinki Stock Exchange, overseen by Nasdaq Helsinki, is anticipated to commence on the day of release. Additionally, RBC Europe Limited is designated as the Dealer for the new tranche.
