Municipality Finance Launches EUR 70 Million Zero Coupon Notes

Municipality Finance Plc has announced the issuance of EUR 70 million zero coupon notes, set to be issued on 14 July 2026. The maturity of these notes is scheduled for 14 July 2051, with an early redemption option available on 14 July 2034. This issuance falls under the company's EUR 50 billion medium-term note (MTN) programme.

MuniFin plans to list these notes on the Helsinki Stock Exchange, operated by Nasdaq Helsinki, with public trading commencing on the issue date. Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc is the dealer for this transaction. The final terms and offering circular can be accessed on MuniFin's website.
