Kvantify Launches Qrunch for Quantum Computing in Chemistry

Kvantify ApS, a Danish leader in quantum computing software, announced the launch of Qrunch, a powerful quantum computing solution designed for the chemical and biological engineering sectors. Debuting at the SC25 conference in St. Louis on November 19, Qrunch addresses key challenges in enterprise adoption by offering accessibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

Qrunch simplifies quantum operations for domain scientists, enabling them to create and deploy algorithms without extensive quantum expertise. According to Nikolaj Zinner, CSO at Kvantify, Qrunch efficiently utilizes quantum hardware, validating its capability up to 80 qubits, outperforming standard approaches by 3-4x in problem-size capacity.

The platform's integration with Amazon Braket and its collaboration with IQM Quantum Computers underline its role in enhancing the European quantum ecosystem. Qrunch's contribution to pharmaceuticals and materials science translates into reduced timelines and broader scope for molecular modeling.
