KVP International Expands with Acquisition of SafePath-IVD

KVP International has announced the acquisition of SafePath-IVD, a Carlsbad, California-based diagnostics manufacturer with FDA, ISO 13485, and USDA licenses. This move aims to enhance KVP's presence in the veterinary diagnostics sector, while also benefiting SafePath-IVD's reach into human health markets. SafePath will become KVP's dedicated research, development, and manufacturing partner for veterinary diagnostics, accelerating innovation and distribution capabilities.

Despite the acquisition, SafePath-IVD will maintain its existing leadership and operations. This will enable it to preserve its expertise and focus on multi-market growth. The collaboration promises to enhance research, development resources, and global distribution access, fueling advancements in both veterinary and human diagnostics.
