Holcim Reports Strong 2025 Financial Performance with Notable EBIT Growth

Holcim Group Services Ltd announced robust financial results for 2025, marking a significant achievement with a recurring EBIT growth of 10.3% in local currency, leading to an industry-leading margin of 18.3%. Net sales reached CHF 15,724 million, reflecting a 3.0% increase. The earnings per share stood at CHF 3.22, a 5.0% rise from the previous year. Free cash flow improved to CHF 2,154 million with a cash conversion ratio of 54%.

The company executed 21 strategic transactions, focusing on high-potential markets by acquiring Xella and Cementos Pacasmayo. Investment in sustainable offerings and recycling initiatives were emphasized, with recycled materials increasing by 23.5%.
