Holcim Unveils 2025 AGM Agenda Focused on Strategic Growth

Holcim published its agenda for the 2025 Annual General Meeting, set for May 14 at the Bossard Arena in Zug, Switzerland, detailing strategic shifts and leadership changes. The Board proposed a dividend of CHF 3.10 per share, marking an 11% increase due to record achievements in 2024.
