Lahontan Gold Corp has announced significant updates to its Board of Directors, effective May 1, 2025. The company will welcome Shane Williams, Evan Pelletier, and Max Pluss as new directors. Simultaneously, Chris Donaldson and Bob McKnight will exit the board. Remaining directors include Josh Serfass and Kimberly Ann.
Kimberly Ann, CEO, emphasized the strategic addition of mine engineering, finance, and capital markets expertise as Lahontan progresses with the Santa Fe Mine Project. This shift aligns with the company’s transition from exploration to mine development.
The new board members bring a wealth of experience. Shane Williams is notable for his work at West Red Lake Gold Mines. Evan Pelletier, with over 30 years in mining, is currently at Americas Gold & Silver. Max Pluss, an investment professional, brings expertise in transaction structuring and capital raising.
