HomeToGo Awaits Completion of Interhome Acquisition Amid Regulatory Review

HomeToGo SE anticipates finalizing its acquisition of Interhome, following the Swiss Competition Commission's review of the Hotelplan Group acquisition by DERTOUR Group. Despite receiving all necessary regulatory approvals in March 2025, the closure of the Interhome acquisition depends on the approval of the DERTOUR Group transaction. This regulatory process may delay the finalization of the acquisition, expected within four months.

The acquisition's pricing structure utilizes a "locked box" mechanism, securing the upfront cash payment even if delayed. Any economic benefit accrued by Interhome before closing will positively impact HomeToGo's financials. The company's consolidation of Interhome will affect future financial reporting only once the acquisition is completed.
