HomeToGo Set to Finalize Transformative Interhome Acquisition

HomeToGo SE anticipates completing the acquisition of Interhome by August 29, following regulatory approval. This acquisition is pivotal for HomeToGo, establishing it as Europe's premier vacation rental group. With Interhome's integration, the B2B arm, HomeToGo_PRO, will become the company's primary segment. This expansion is expected to boost 2024 revenues by 55% and significantly enhance EBITDA.

The Swiss Competition Commission approved the broader Hotelplan transaction, clearing the last regulatory hurdle. Interhome’s inclusion strengthens HomeToGo_PRO's offerings, positioning it as a leading supplier of vacation rental services to third-party platforms.

The transaction will triple HomeToGo's workforce to approximately 1,500 employees and fortify its financial and market standing. Upon completion, an updated financial outlook will be provided, incorporating Interhome's contributions.
