LDC Declaration on Voting Rights as of August 31, 2025

LDC has published its declaration in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority. As of August 31, 2025, LDC's capital consists of 35,270,866 shares. The gross number of voting rights amounts to 60,725,695, while the net number of voting rights is 60,080,767.

LDC reiterates the importance of reporting thresholds, as stipulated in Article 12 of its Articles of Association. Any entity holding 2% or more of the capital must notify the company by registered letter within 15 days. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the suspension of voting rights for the shares concerned for a specified period, at the request of shareholders representing at least 5% of the capital.
