LDC: Details on capital as of August 31, 2026

LDC, a public limited company with a Management Board and Supervisory Board, announced the number of shares comprising its share capital as of August 31, 2026. The share capital amounts to €7,167,803.60, divided into 35,839,018 shares. The number of gross voting rights is 61,679,040, while the number of net voting rights is 61,032,430.

In accordance with Article 12 of the bylaws, any entity holding 2% or more of the share capital must notify the number of shares held. This notification must be made by registered letter within 15 days. Failure to comply may result in the undeclared shares being deprived of voting rights, upon request, for three months following their regularization.
