Status of LDC voting rights as of January 31, 2025

LDC, a company specializing in the food industry, has declared the key figures of its share capital as of January 31, 2025. The capital amounts to 35,270,866 shares. These shares grant a total of 60,801,523 gross voting rights. However, the number of net voting rights stands at 60,149,592 after application of the statutory rules.

LDC reminds of the reporting obligations for participation thresholds. Any holding equal to or exceeding 2% of the share capital must be reported. This declaration must be made within 15 days of crossing a threshold. In the event of non-compliance, the shares concerned temporarily lose their voting rights.
