LDLC Group General Meeting on September 26, 2025
The LDLC Group will hold its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting on September 26, 2025, at its headquarters in Limonest. The agenda and draft resolutions were published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on August 20 and September 8, 2025. The preparatory documents are available, in accordance with current legislation, at the group's headquarters and on the website.
Shareholders may request the sending of documents required by the French Commercial Code by mail or email. A provisional schedule of upcoming financial publications and events, including half-year results, is also provided.
