LDLC.com: Declaration of Voting Rights as of March 31, 2025
On May 19, 2025, the LDLC Group announced the number of shares and theoretical voting rights for the end of March 2025. In total, 6,171,776 shares make up the company's capital, offering 9,327,687 theoretical voting rights. However, the exercisable voting rights amount to 9,282,291 after deduction of treasury shares.
The group's next financial release is scheduled for June 12, 2025, after the stock market closes. It will cover the publication of its 2024-2025 annual results.
