€4.1 million capital increase for The Blockchain Group
The Blockchain Group has announced a €4.1 million capital increase. This transaction was carried out as part of an ATM program in partnership with TOBAM. The average price per share was set at €5.085. This financial support aims to strengthen the company's Bitcoin Treasury Company strategy.
This issuance of new shares follows several internal authorizations granted in June 2025. By removing shareholders' preferential rights, the company has allowed TOBAM funds to acquire a significant share of this increase, with prices varying slightly depending on the fund.
The transaction, which did not require a prospectus, is expected to allow The Blockchain Group to increase its bitcoin holdings, potentially bringing them to 1,768 BTC.
