Capital B Opens Online Voting for 2026 General Meeting
Capital B has initiated online voting for its Combined General Meeting set for June 17, 2026. This meeting aims to approve the 2025 financial statements and authorize a potential capital increase of up to 5 billion euros, equating to a maximum of 125 billion shares based on the current nominal share value. Additionally, the meeting will discuss issuing up to 100 billion euros for credit instruments to reinforce the company's Bitcoin Treasury strategy.
Shareholders can participate in the voting process until June 16, 2026, at 3:00 PM Paris time via their financial intermediaries’ portals. Those with registered shares may use the Sharinbox platform, while others can submit postal votes by June 12, 2026.
