Capital B has announced a strategic €1.1 million capital raise through the issuance of share warrants subscribed by Adam Back. This move aligns with the Company's Bitcoin Treasury strategy, aiming to increase bitcoin assets per share. Concurrently, the conversion price of OCA B-04 bonds has been reduced from €5.174 to €2.59 per share, making them more attractive for investors.

The adjustment allows OCA B-04 holders to receive a subscription warrant (BSA OC) upon conversion, with no previous share price conditions applicable, encouraging flexible investment. Capital B's strategy continues to build on its strengths in Data Intelligence and decentralized technologies, as reflected in the latest capital restructuring agreement with Adam Back.
