Capital B raises €3 million for its Bitcoin Treasury strategy
Capital B, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, has announced a €3 million fundraising round to strengthen its Bitcoin-focused strategy. The financing comes from warrants (BSA) subscribed by TOBAM for €2 million and by UTXO Management for €1 million. This transaction would allow the acquisition of 36 additional Bitcoins, bringing the potential total to 2,880 Bitcoins.
The company also lowered the conversion price of certain convertible bonds (OCAs) subscribed to by TOBAM. The new terms include a warrant for each bond converted. These adjustments aim to better align the financial instruments with current market conditions.
