The Blockchain Group Increases Its Bitcoin Reserve
The Blockchain Group has confirmed the acquisition of 182 bitcoins (BTC) for approximately €17 million, bringing its total to 1,653 BTC for an acquisition value of €148.9 million. Since the beginning of the year, the company has achieved a BTC return of 1,173.2%, with a gain of 469.3 BTC.
The recent acquisitions were financed by the issuance of convertible bonds, subscribed by various partners, allowing the group to acquire 31 BTC through UTXO Management, 48 BTC through Moonlight Capital, and 62 BTC through TOBAM. These transactions support the company's strategy as a Bitcoin Treasury Company.
The company converted warrants into shares, enabling the acquisition of an additional 16 BTC. With these strategies, The Blockchain Group strengthens its position in Bitcoin accumulation, supported by its subsidiaries in Data Intelligence, AI, and decentralized technologies.
