The Blockchain Group initiates a capital increase program with TOBAM

The Blockchain Group, a company listed on Euronext Growth Paris, announces a strategic partnership with investment firm TOBAM. The agreement provides for an ATM-style capital increase program totaling €300 million. This mechanism will allow The Blockchain Group to consolidate its status as a Bitcoin Treasury Company by gradually increasing the number of bitcoins per share.

This program offers TOBAM the opportunity to acquire the company's shares at prices aligned with market conditions, representing up to 21% of the daily trading volume. The issued shares will be admitted to the offering compartment of Euronext Growth Paris. The objective is to optimize share management and accelerate the company's investment strategy in the cryptocurrency sector.
