Leclanché SA: Annual General Meeting Scheduled for August 2025
Leclanché SA has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) slated for August 5, 2025, at Hotel La Prairie in Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland. One key agenda is the proposal to convert CHF 18 million of debt into equity with SEF-Lux, aiming to improve the company's balance sheet.
The meeting will cover approval of the 2024 financial statements and compensation reports, election of board members, and a vote on restructuring measures. These include a capital increase and a proposal to amend company statutes to facilitate further financial flexibility.
Shareholders will also discuss changing the company name and electing the auditor and independent representative. Documentation and instructions for participation and voting will be made available online shortly before the AGM.
