Legrand Expands Datacenter Market with Keydak and TES Acquisitions
Legrand, a global leader in electrical and digital building infrastructures, has announced two strategic acquisitions in the datacenter sector. The company has acquired Keydak, a prominent rack manufacturer based in Guangzhou, China. Keydak employs over 330 people and reports annual revenues exceeding €60 million. Simultaneously, Legrand has acquired TES, a UK-based specialist in power distribution systems. TES generates almost €85 million in annual revenue and employs 280 people.
CEO Benoît Coquart emphasized that these acquisitions align with Legrand's strategic roadmap, aiming to enhance its presence in the datacenter market. With these transactions, Legrand has announced four datacenter-related acquisitions in 2026, collectively contributing an additional €285 million to annual revenue.
