Legrand Expands with Acquisitions in Switzerland and Portugal

Legrand has announced two new acquisitions, continuing its strategic expansion in the energy and digital sectors. The acquisitions include Amperio Project in Switzerland, known for its expertise in busbars, and Quitérios in Portugal, a leader in electrical and digital modular distribution boards. Amperio, located in Murten, employs 20 people with sales over €4 million. Quitérios, based in Mira, employs over 100 people, generating almost €20 million in sales. These moves increase Legrand's acquisition count to five this year, contributing over €100 million in annual revenue. Legrand aims to strengthen its position in fast-growing segments within the energy and digital transition fields.
