Under Bickel's leadership, the performance program yielded significant cost savings and revenue growth. In 2024, revenue increased by 5.7%, while EBITDA rose by 30.4%. The company aims for annual cost savings of over EUR 180 million from 2025.

With Bickel's exit, Lenzing AG plans to continue the program seamlessly, ensuring its position as a leading fiber group. The program's continuation is expected to further impact sales positively and enhance the company's market adaptability.
