Lepermislibre: Information on share capital and voting rights

Lepermislibre has published its monthly data concerning the total number of shares and voting rights constituting its share capital as of September 30, 2025. The company, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, declares a total of 20,707,826 shares.

Theoretical voting rights amount to 26,850,175, while exercisable voting rights are 26,746,518. These figures make it possible in particular to monitor changes in participation thresholds according to Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations.

Founded in Lyon in 2014, Lepermislibre positions itself as an innovative online driving school, reinventing the learning process through a digital model and competitive rates. With a large community of instructors, it has trained more than 500,000 candidates for the highway code and the B license.
