Lepermislibre: Information on shares and voting rights

Lepermislibre published a press release on January 3, 2025 concerning the number of shares and voting rights making up its share capital. As of December 31, 2024, the company had a total of 12,143,120 shares. The number of theoretical voting rights, used to calculate threshold crossings, is increased to 20,020,992. On the other hand, the total number of exercisable voting rights, taking into account shares deprived of voting rights, is 19,941,336.

This information meets the requirements of Article L.233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. Lepermislibre, an online driving school founded in 2014 in Lyon, continues its mission of digitalizing driving instruction, attracting more than 500,000 candidates to date.
