H2APEX and Lhyfe Strengthen Partnership for Germany's Hydrogen Market
Rostock, September 16th, 2026 – H2APEX and Lhyfe have expanded their partnership to meet Germany's increasing demand for renewable hydrogen. Under the new agreement, Lhyfe will supply up to 100 tonnes of RFNBO-certified hydrogen to H2APEX annually over the next two years. This deal reinforces the availability of renewable hydrogen in Germany, targeting both mobility and industrial sectors.
Germany's hydrogen market is rapidly evolving, driven by heightened demand and regulatory shifts. The partnership between H2APEX and Lhyfe represents a critical step in creating reliable supply chains for renewable hydrogen, essential as production capacities grow and the market expands.
Matthieu Guesné of Lhyfe and Peter Rößner of H2APEX highlighted the agreement's importance for ensuring supply stability and supporting market growth. The collaboration aims to support a climate-neutral energy transition in Europe's dynamic hydrogen marketplace.
