Lhyfe Reports Share and Voting Rights as of June 2026

Lhyfe, an independent producer of green hydrogen, announced the total number of shares and voting rights as of 30 June 2026, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF's General Regulation. The company recorded 48,121,944 shares in circulation. Theoretical voting rights totaled 81,019,849, with exercisable voting rights being 80,944,565.

On this date, Lhyfe held 75,284 treasury shares, which do not carry voting rights. This disclosure reflects the company's ongoing commitment to transparency and regulatory compliance.
