Lhyfe's General Meeting Approves Key Resolutions
Lhyfe, the independent green hydrogen producer, held its Combined General Meeting on May 23, 2025, chaired by Matthieu Guesné. Shareholders represented a significant 81.28% of voting rights. They approved the company's financial statements for 2024, renewed directorial mandates, and welcomed Jana Kley as a new director. All thirty-three resolutions presented passed.
The Board of Directors, following the meeting, confirmed Matthieu Guesné’s continuation as Chairman and CEO. Observers Noria and Mitsui & Co. Ltd. were also reaffirmed for a three-year term. Committee roles were outlined, with Bruno Le Jossec leading the Audit Committee and Alena Fargère heading the Social and Environmental Responsibility Committee.
