Number of Shares and Voting Rights of Lhyfe as of June 30, 2025

On July 8, 2025, Lhyfe, an independent producer of green hydrogen listed on Euronext Paris, announced the total number of shares and voting rights as of June 30, 2025. In accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des marchés financiers, the company has 47,970,348 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 80,905,673, while the total number of exercisable voting rights is 80,855,057.

This difference is explained by the fact that 50,616 shares are held in treasury by Lhyfe and therefore deprived of voting rights. These figures reflect the current capital structure of the company, which specializes in the production of green hydrogen for industrial and transport decarbonization.
