Share capital of Lhyfe as of January 31, 2026

Lhyfe, a company listed on Euronext Paris, has published its share capital figures as of January 31, 2026. The number of shares stands at 48,113,844, with a total of 81,014,992 theoretical voting rights. Exercisable voting rights amount to 80,965,292, after deducting the 49,700 treasury shares, which are therefore without voting rights.
