Statement of Lhyfe's share capital as of June 30, 2026
Lhyfe, a green hydrogen producer listed on Euronext Paris, announces the composition of its share capital as of June 30, 2026. The company then has a total of 48,121,944 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 81,019,849.
As for exercisable voting rights, they amount to 80,944,565. The difference with the theoretical total is explained by the 75,284 treasury shares held by Lhyfe, which are deprived of voting rights.
These figures are reported in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). Lhyfe continues its role in the decarbonization of industry and mobility through green hydrogen.
