LightOn Appoints Cécile Givron as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer

LightOn, a key player in European generative AI for businesses, has announced the appointment of Cécile Givron as its new Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. With a degree from Toulouse Business School and certification from ESSEC as an independent Board member, Givron brings over 25 years of finance experience. Her previous roles include senior finance positions at Deezer, Kindred Group, and ITWP, with significant experience in audit and financial leadership from Deloitte.

Givron's expertise in financial governance is expected to support LightOn's growth phases. CEO Igor Carron expressed confidence in her ability to enhance the company's financial structure, emphasizing her extensive knowledge and organizational skills. This change follows the departure of Alexis Zeringer, who played a key role in LightOn's IPO.
