LIGHTON Reports Updated Share and Voting Rights Figures
Paris-based AI company, LightOn, has released its updated figures on the total number of voting rights and shares as of 31st July 2026. According to the announcement, the total number of shares stands at 7,376,895, while the total voting rights have reached 10,833,222. This includes 87,746 new shares issued in July 2026, linked to bond financing announced in April the same year.
LightOn, recognized as an "Innovative Company" by Bpifrance, develops an enterprise AI platform aimed at assisting organizations in integrating advanced AI with sensitive data. It operates across the finance, industrial, healthcare, defense, and public sectors. LightOn is listed on Euronext Growth Paris, eligible for PEA and PEA-PME investment schemes, cementing its standing in the European AI market.
