LightOn: Update of share capital as of July 31, 2025

LightOn, a company listed on Euronext Growth in Paris, has announced its figures as of July 31, 2025. The total number of shares stands at 6,432,372. At the same time, the total voting rights are 10,626,761. This update is part of a regulatory framework, in accordance with Articles L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
