Linedata Services has published information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares in its share capital. This report is prepared in accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
As of July 31, 2025, Linedata Services' share capital consists of 4,960,807 shares. The theoretical total of voting rights amounts to 8,918,841, while the voting rights exercisable at general meetings amount to 8,883,622.
