LION E-Mobility AG Announces Leadership Change
LION E-Mobility AG, based in Zug, has announced that Ian Mukherjee will take on the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors. The company's majority shareholder, Mukherjee, is set to replace Alessio Basteri, who served as Chairman since 2019. Basteri will remain on the board and shift his focus to enhancing LION's Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) business in Italy. These leadership changes await approval during the Annual General Meeting on June 25, 2026.
