LIR Life Sciences Corp. Partners with Resilience BioSciences Inc.

LIR Life Sciences Corp. has entered a Technology Development Collaboration Agreement with Resilience BioSciences Inc., based in Vancouver. This collaboration aims to support and expand LIR's preclinical research efforts. Under this agreement, LIR will work alongside RBI's scientific team at the adMare BioInnovations facility, University of British Columbia. The focus will be on early-stage experimental studies, particularly involving ex vivo porcine skin and formulation studies.

The collaboration takes place within a robust academic research environment, offering modern laboratory infrastructure essential for LIR's preclinical validation efforts. Both companies see this partnership as an opportunity to accelerate the development of novel therapies. LIR will compensate RBI $5,000 monthly for an initial term of six months as part of this agreement.
