LISI Group Announces Sale of LISI MEDICAL to SK CAPITAL
LISI Group has reached an agreement with SK CAPITAL to sell its LISI MEDICAL division. This follows the opinions from employee representatives and approval from LISI's Board of Directors. LISI MEDICAL, headquartered in Neyron, specializes in medical device subcontracting, focusing on orthopedic implants and minimally invasive surgery instruments.
The division reported €185.3 million in sales for 2024 and employs 857 people across France and the United States. LISI MEDICAL supports major medical equipment manufacturers with its industrial expertise and certified quality standards. The sale aims to leverage SK CAPITAL's resources for LISI MEDICAL's strategic growth.
The transaction, pending necessary approvals, is slated for completion in Q4 2025.
