LISI Group Sells LISI MEDICAL Division to SK CAPITAL
LISI Group has confirmed the sale of its LISI MEDICAL division to American private investor SK CAPITAL as of October 31, 2025. The division, now renamed Precera Medical, has relocated its headquarters to Minneapolis, United States. LISI Group retains a minority stake of 9.988% in the holding company managing Precera Medical's acquisition.
This strategic partnership aims to establish Precera Medical as a leading CDMO, leveraging SK CAPITAL’s resources. LISI Group will benefit from potential additional payments based on SK CAPITAL's exit terms. Proceeds will help reduce LISI Group's debt, refocusing efforts on its aerospace and automotive sectors.
The collaboration promises to support Precera Medical's investments and growth, enhancing capabilities to better serve the medical technology field.
