Lithium South Sets Closing Date for Asset Sale
Lithium South Development Corp. has announced April 7, 2026, as the closing date for the sale of its Hombre Muerto North Lithium Project (HMN Li Package). Approved by shareholders in February, the transaction involves selling 100% of NRG Metals Argentina S.A.'s shares to POSCO Argentina S.A.U. and POSCO Holdings Inc. Shareholders will receive CAD$0.505 per share once the payout date is finalized.
The company plans to delist from the TSX Venture Exchange and OTCQB market and stop being a reporting issuer. Registered shareholders must submit a Letter of Transmittal to receive cash consideration. Non-registered shares will be processed by financial intermediaries.
