A new facility in Coulommiers is set to open in 2025, supporting 90 healthcare professionals. It will offer services through the Serris In-House Pharmacy, providing care across the Seine-et-Marne area. This site aims to offer a viable alternative to traditional hospitalisation.
The involvement of Euryale highlights the appeal of healthcare real estate to investors, driven by the growing home healthcare sector. The transaction, structured by Fidexi, reinforces its role in institutional healthcare real estate. LNA Santé prioritizes resource allocation to care and development projects.
