LNA Santé: Distribution of capital and voting rights as of July 31, 2025

As of July 31, 2025, LNA Santé has a share capital of 10,709,416 shares. These shares generate a total of 16,403,268 gross voting rights. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, at 15,957,730, due to the shares deprived of voting rights.
