Declaration of L'Oréal voting rights and shares as of June 30, 2025

As of June 30, 2025, L'Oréal has disclosed its voting rights and share capital. The public limited company, with a capital of €106,863,072.80, has 534,315,434 shares outstanding. These shares translate into 532,958,798 actual voting rights, taking into account the deduction of treasury shares. The theoretical number of voting rights, including these treasury shares in accordance with Article 223-11 of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, is also 534,315,434. This information meets the requirements of Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.
