LR Health & Beauty Reports Q4 2025 Results and Strategic Initiatives

LR Health & Beauty SE, a leader in digital social commerce based in Ahlen, has published its fourth-quarter 2025 results. The company reported sales of EUR 68.2 million, a 10.9% decline from the previous year's comparable period. Full-year 2025 sales stood at EUR 277.1 million, down 4.6% from 2024. The company attributes these declines to subdued consumer sentiment in Western Europe.

Preliminary EBITDA for the year was EUR 16.5 million, with Q4 2025 contributing only EUR 0.3 million. This reduction in EBITDA is partly due to the realignment of the financing structure.
