Postponement of the publication of Lucibel's 2024 annual accounts
Lucibel has announced the postponement of the publication of its 2024 annual accounts, initially scheduled for April 30, 2025. This delay is due to the need for a comprehensive inventory of inventories. This process will allow the inventory value to be verified as of December 31, 2024. In 2024, Lucibel implemented a new ERP system and relocated lighting manufacturing to the site of its subsidiary, Processus Hallier, in Montreuil.
The publication of annual results is now scheduled for May 23, 2025, after market close. This decision demonstrates Lucibel's commitment to ensuring the precision and accuracy of its financial statements.
