M1 Kliniken AG Reports Strong 2025 Financial Performance

M1 Kliniken AG released its 2025 annual report, highlighting significant financial growth. The company's EBIT rose by 29% and earnings per share surged by 40%. Total group revenue increased by 7.4% to EUR 364.3 million, while EBITDA climbed 23.6% to EUR 39.4 million.

The Beauty segment crossed the EUR 100 million revenue mark for the first time, with a 41.5% increase in EBIT. Meanwhile, the Trading segment showed modest revenue growth of 6.0%, despite a 7.5% decline in EBIT.

In a strategic move, M1 successfully divested HAEMATO Pharm GmbH to the PHOENIX group. The company aims to grow its Beauty segment substantially, projecting revenues of EUR 200 to 300 million by 2029.

M1 Kliniken AG is focused on expanding its clinic network both nationally and internationally, solidifying its position as a leader in medical aesthetics.
