M1 Kliniken AG Reports Strong Q1 2025 Financial Performance
Berlin, 5 June 2025 – M1 Kliniken AG announced a robust start to the 2025 financial year with a notable 29% increase in EBIT, reaching EUR 8.8 million, and an earnings per share of EUR 0.31. The company attributes this growth to efficient measures and expanded medical capacities.
The Group's revenue climbed by 9.5% to EUR 92.7 million. EBITDA rose by 22% to EUR 10.0 million. In the Beauty segment, revenue increased by 3.6% to EUR 25.6 million with an EBIT rise of 24%. Meanwhile, the Trading segment experienced a revenue growth of 12%, with EBIT surging by 50%.
Looking ahead, M1 Kliniken aims to expand its clinic network nationally and internationally, with a revenue target for the Beauty segment to reach between EUR 200 million and EUR 300 million by 2029.
