Filing of the draft note in response to the public takeover bid by M2i
On April 30, 2025, M2i announced the filing of a draft memorandum in response to the simplified public tender offer initiated by Abilways, a member of the SKOLAE network, and presented by Portzamparc. This key step in the offer process remains under review by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).
The project includes the report of an independent expert, the Ledouble firm, represented by Olivier Cretté, in accordance with Articles 231-19 and 261-1 of the AMF General Regulation (RGAMF). This report is included in the Draft Response Note, available from the AMF and on the M2i website.
Additional legal and financial details of M2i will be published before the opening of the offer, thus ensuring transparency for shareholders.
